You can flip the tile over and use a standard utility knife or heavy-duty kitchen shears to easily cut along the grid gaps. This allows you to trim the tiles perfectly around pipes, curved walls, or corner pillars.

The plastic base sits smoothly on top of your existing flooring (concrete, tiles, or wooden decks) without any adhesives, screws, or permanent binding.
