FAQ

Find quick answers to common questions about product selection, samples, customization, installation, and project support.

Artificial turf tracks offer exceptional cost-efficiency and user safety. Traditional rubber tracks can crack, blister, and harden over time, losing their cushioning. Our 25mm monofilament turf track, when properly sand-filled, provides a softer, more consistent cushioning that protects students' and athletes' joints from repetitive impact. Additionally, it requires far less site-preparation cost and has a much easier installation process.
Yes, infill is required. For our 25mm monofilament series, we recommend infilling approximately 15 to 20 kg of rounded silica sand per square meter. The sand infill acts as a "ballast" to keep the turf flat, weighted, and stable, while simultaneously holding the monofilament fibers upright to ensure consistent friction and foot traction.
We can supply matching 25mm white monofilament turf rolls specifically for the line markings. During installation, the contractors will cut out lanes from the red turf and seam the white line turf permanently using high-strength polyurethane turf glue and seaming tape. These lines are part of the turf structure and will never wear away, fade, or require repainting like traditional tracks.
No. Our monofilament fibers are extruded using heavy-duty, high-molecular-weight polymers that have undergone rigorous Lisport wear-resistance tests. Because the sand infill protects the lower section of the fiber, only the tips are exposed to shoe friction, ensuring the track remains dense and intact even under daily high-frequency use by schools or public sports parks.
